Sūtra
न वा विशेषात्
na vā viśeṣāt
Sūtra translation
(The term * Atman *) may or may not (connote all the qualities) according to difference of (qualification or eligibility).
The comprehension of all the qualities by the term * Atman * may or may not arise, as the eligible differ (in their capabilities and qualification).
