Madhvaon Brahma Sūtra 3.3.66

For the Kamatha Sruti says, " (In the case of human beings) meditation shall always be thus: “Brahman is the true, the wise, the blissful, and the Lord.” The Wise (man) shall not contemplate anything else, and the gods of various ranks (are fit to) contemplate the Lord With all the qualities* ”
