आसीनः संभवात्
āsīnaḥ saṃbhavāt
Sūtra translation
The contemplatist shall (always) practise meditation (only) sitting : for (then only) it is possible.
Though he may always contemplate the L,ord, still he shall specially meditate on Him in the sitting pos- ture ; for then the distraction of mind being minimised, that is possible.
