आत्मा प्रकरणात्
ātmā prakaraṇāt
Sūtra translation
The ‘ Highest Light ' reached by the released is only Atman (the highest Lord); for the passage treats of him (Atman).
By the term ‘ Highest Light,’ (Paramatman the per- fect self) only is spoken of; for He is the topic of the passage. The Brahmandapurana says: “ The terms ‘the highest Light/ ‘ highest Brahman/ ‘ the perfect Self/ etc., everywhere declare only Hari, but no other at all. ”
